The WAV-2D single-use bioreactor was developed based on the 2D swing technology that provides efficient mixing and aeration, meeting the requirements of high-density cell culture while minimizing the risk of contamination. The system meets the needs of R&D process exploration, small to middle pilot process development and large-scale production. It can be used for seed expansion of CHO cell, HEK293 cell and Vero cell, and can also be used for production of final products.
