Inline condition is a space-saving and cost-saving technology, that overcomes the shortcomings of traditional batch preparation of buffer solutions. Inline systems have therefore been widely adopted in the downstream processing of many biopharmaceutical products, including monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, antibiotics, insulin, recombinant proteins as well as blood products.
Inline Dilution System
It is very common to dilute concentrated mother solutions to prepare buffers for end user according to specific needs. WFI is used to dilute to a specific concentration based on flow feedback control. Besides, pH, conductivity and other related parameters can be monitored and adjusted slightly as required.
Inline condition System
Based on actual needs, the desired buffer is prepared inline from multiple concentrated mother solutions, which can be acid, alkali, salt, water or other additives. Real-time adjustment based on pH and conductivity feedback control ensures stability during preparation.
